Brittany Perkins

Brittany Perkins is a Project Analyst at Discern Health. She supports projects related to patient-centered medical homes and care transformation. Brittany also helps manage the Discern Value Essentials (DVE) eLearning platform. Brittany’s recent work includes assisting in the development and implementation of the DVE platform. She also acts as the day-to-day point person for Discern in providing project support for the Practice Transformation Network work in Maryland.

Prior to joining Discern, Brittany analyzed public health emergency preparedness funding data for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). She also worked with Division of State and Local Readiness at the CDC to draft internal informational profiles for states and territories during Zika response.
