Erin Buchanan

Erin Buchanan is a Project Analyst at Discern Health. She conducts research focused on quality measurement and supports the development of client deliverables. Erin also tracks and reports on recent developments in the value-based landscape. Erin’s recent work at Discern includes developing a monthly quality monitoring newsletter. She also wrote a white paper on the value of standard development.

Prior to joining Discern, Erin was a quality control assistant at the American Institute for Research. She also previously developed smoking cessation programs and conducted home visits for families effected by asthma at Breathe DC, Inc. Prior to that, Erin was a Health Policy Research Assistant at Alliance for Health Reform where she assisted in planning and implementing Capitol Hill briefings.
