Linda Kincaid

“My work, and passion, focuses on delivering patient-centered concepts to my clients, at the ground level of healthcare transformation. Whether I’m working with a physician practice, a health system, a medical residency practice, or public health client, my greatest reward is seeing first-hand the improvements my clients’ patients achieve when a practice transforms and improves quality, one patient at a time.”

Linda Kincaid is a Project Director at Discern Health. She focuses on delivering patient-centered care models. Linda’s recent work at Discern includes coaching and leading Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation projects.
